These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website calviorent.com and the contracting of educational services offered by Calviorent S.R.L. By accessing this website or contracting our services, you accept these terms in their entirety.

2. Nature of services
Calviorent offers educational training programs in trading and investments. The content is exclusively informative and educational. Calviorent is not a stockbroker, registered financial advisor, or securities intermediary. We do not provide personalized investment recommendations nor manage third-party portfolios.
3. Investment liability disclaimer
Any investment decision that the student makes during or after the program is their sole responsibility. Financial markets involve the risk of capital loss. Past results, whether from instructors, students, or examples presented in the program, do not constitute a guarantee of future results. Calviorent is not responsible for financial losses arising from investment decisions made by students.
4. Registration and payment
Registration is formalized through full or partial payment of the program according to the conditions informed at the time of registration. Prices are expressed in Argentine pesos and include VAT where applicable. We accept bank transfers and credit and debit cards. Financing plans are subject to conditions in effect at the time of contracting.
5. Cancellation and refund policy
The student may request cancellation of their registration within the first 10 calendar days from the payment confirmation, in accordance with the right of revocation established in Law No. 24,240 on Consumer Protection. After this period, no refunds will be granted unless Calviorent cancels the program for its own reasons. Cancellation requests must be sent to info@calviorent.com.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the website and the educational program, including texts, graphics, videos, teaching materials, exercises, and presentations, are the property of Calviorent S.R.L. and are protected by the intellectual property laws of the Argentine Republic (Law No. 11,723). Their reproduction, distribution, or public communication without express authorization is prohibited.
7. Acceptable use of the site
The user agrees to use the website lawfully, without interfering with its operation or attempting to access restricted areas. It is prohibited to use the site content for unauthorized commercial purposes, distribute malware, or engage in any activity that could damage Calviorent's reputation.
8. Limitation of liability
Calviorent does not guarantee that the website will be available uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for direct or indirect damages that may arise from the use of the site or the inability to access it. 9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. For any dispute arising from these terms or the use of our services, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Ordinary Commercial Courts of the City of Buenos Aires, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
10. Modifications
Calviorent reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will take effect from their publication on the website. Continued use of the site after the publication of modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
